The aim of the framework agreement is to make available and maintain sufficient and ready-to-use fire extinguishers as well as to keep the available emergency lighting, smoke shutters and alarm centers operational in the general parts of the buildings of De Voorkempen-HE, in accordance with legal obligations. The services include: - The annual inspection of all equipment based on existing inventory or equipment found during the tour. - Updating inventory based on the executed inspections / repairs / replacements via a digital platform, so that De Voorkempen-HE can always consult the current status of its fire prevention resources. The updated inventory remains the property of housing company de Voorkempen-H.E. - Reporting defective parts for which replacement is not included in the maintenance. - Repairing and replacing defective parts after approval from housing company De Voorkempen-HE. - For work in direction A quote will always be requested first. If the tenderer discovers something abnormal at the workplace that needs to be repaired, he will first contact the managing official or the supervisor of the assignment to make arrangements about this. - Delivering the technical inspection reports.
