Framework agreement for heat supplies In order to implement the Lower Austrian Climate and Energy Roadmap 2030, it is planned to build an average of around 2 to 5 buildings in the state of Lower Austria or buildings of companies and companies that are operated by the client in accordance with § 2 Z 40 BVergG 2018 (such as the Lower Austrian State Health Agency) to switch to decentralized heat supply based on renewable energy sources or highly efficient energy systems and to have them supplied with heat in the future.
