Electricians will be required on a regular basis to carry out emergency and routine maintenance repairs to social housing stock. Items which will generally be tendered to the framework will include but are not limited to: general electrical services and installations in domestic dwellings. rEplacement (supply & fit)/repair of: cooker control units, bulbs, storage heaters, immersions, elcb boards, fuses, pumps & thermostats, sockets & switches, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms. Boiler controls. Mains distribution boards. Identification of defects in electrical systems and recommendations for repair. Any other items identified that will come under electrical works.
