Framework agreement for the maintenance, renovation and construction works of various civil engineering facilities in the public administration area and/or management and maintenance of Fot City Municipality.yedi, for the maintenance and repair of civil engineering facilities carried out on the basis of direct orders (hereinafter referred to as maintenance works), on the other hand for the construction-type renovation and construction of civil engineering facilities carried out on the basis of individual contracts established after consultation (hereinafter referred to asrenovation works).
The framework agreement is for maintenance,
maintenance and repair works to be carried out on the basis of a direct order for public utilities, roads, sidewalks, squares, parking lots and parks in the city's interior, typically in public areas with public utilities, in the operation and maintenance of the municipalityis established for renovation or construction works to be carried out on the basis of, or after written consultation, individual contracts.
The tenderer understands by civil engineering facilities primarily, but not exclusively, the installation of roads, cycle paths, sidewalks, squares, parks,
open
closed system canals, their elements and accessories, the reconstruction and replacement of other utility lines affected by them (e.g. electrical, drinking water, telecommunications, gas, waste water) as necessary.
