Description : The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery and assembly of bridge and multi-plate scales where we have a need for new scales.
All who fulfil the qualification requirements will be awarded a framework agreement.
The call-off mechanism will be mini competitions for each call-off.
Please note that as we already know we need a new scale at Taraldrud Inspection Station, a competition for this has already been announced as the first call-off on the framework agreement.
It is not a requirement to deliver tenders for supply of the scale to Taraldrud in order to qualify for the framework agreement, but tenderers who submit tenders to supply the scale to Taraldrud must quality for a framework agreement.
