Vzw cuca wishes to enter into a sustainable, qualitative and economically balanced collaboration for a period of 5 years with a brewery or drinks supplier for the operation of the Schouwburg Café, the foyer operation and occasional events in and around the Theater. These specifications describe the expectations regarding materials, products, services, financial conditions, sustainability and mutual return. The aim of the assignment is to select a partner who not only offers competitive purchasing conditions offers, but also actively contributes to the quality of the visitor experience, the operational reliability of the catering operation and the image of the Schouwburg Café. The order includes the supply of beers (pilser, specialty beers, export and... alcohol-free), the provision and maintenance of tap installations, cooling installations, glasses and supporting material, as well as the logistical and technical support necessary for professional catering operations. The collaboration is interpreted as a partnership in which the non-profit organization Cuca retains sufficient freedom to tailor the drinks offering to the audience profile, programming, sustainability ambitions and brand identity of the Schouwburgcafé and Schouwburg Kortrijk.
