Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (later Xamk), the research unit of Kuitulaboratorio, requests offers for the "Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis device" needed for the project. The research device will be for the Noheva Forest Bioeconomy project. The delivery must include all the essential parts and accessories needed to operate the device. Procurement objectives We are asking for offers for a ready-made complete FT-IR device solution, delivered on-site to the Fiber Laboratory, including the necessary supplies. The procurement/Offer must include:• FT-IR spectrophotometer equipped with a diamond ATR measurement system.• Device properties: Signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) ≥ 30000:1 (measurement time 1 min); spectral range at least 4000-350 cm-1; In ATR measurement at least 400 cm-1; spectrum resolution of at least 4 cm-1.• FT-IR software, updates of which are included in the purchase at no additional cost • Data export to common file formats (e.g. CSV, Excel-compatible format).• The device must be able to analyze solid, liquid, film and powder samples. If the basic device cannot directly analyze powdered samples, the offer must include a suitable sample preparation solution (e.g. press/KBr tableting device).• The device must be suitable also for the analysis of colored samples, including materials containing activated carbon and other pigments.
