We hereby invite qualified consultancies to submit proposals for the Formulation of the National Mangrove Strategy. Within the Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA ) Suriname Adaptation project, a National Mangrove Strategy will be formulated. This strategy will be a sound strategy for sustainable management of the mangrove ecosystem that will include among others, guidelines, best practices, draft regulations and opportunities for the sustainable use of services and goods, conservation and rehabilitation. Financial Proposals should include cost for activities that will be organized nationally within the scope of the consultancy, such as field work for consultations and national workshops. To apply for this consultancy, please submit your expression of interest in the form of a cover letter and CVs of all individuals in the team of consultants.The cover letter should describe:your motivation for applying for this consultancy;a proposed work plan, encompassing the timeline in which the activities within the scope of work will be completed and corresponding deliverables will be submitted;a financial overview; anda description of the team composition and experience with similar tasks.
