Tender Details

The work includes all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the surface preparation, repair, and recoating of the standpipe water tower in accordance with the project specifications. Including cleaning and abrasive blasting interior (SP10), hand and power tooling exterior (SP2) (SP11), application of specified coating system (including stripe coats at welds, edges, rivets and bolts), and completion of localized steel repairs, as required. This also includes the installation and maintenance of all necessary access systems and containment to safely perform the work. All hazardous materials handling, environmental protection measures and waste disposal are to be carried out in compliance with applicable regulations. Upon completion, the Contractor shall perform final cleaning, remove all temporary work and restore the site to acceptable conditions. The scope of work also includes safety and mechanical upgrades to the standpipe water tower and valve chamber.
