The Ministry of Justice announces an internal tender at full speed for the first time, in a combined and unloaded manner, for the maintenance work of false ceilings and lighting devices and to compensate for the shortfall occurring with the painting work for the corridors in the Ministry of Justice building/central administration/
According to the book of technical, financial and special legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
Estimated statement value / 5621500 / five million six hundred and twenty-one thousand and five hundred LBP
Primary insurance / 281, 000 / only two hundred and eighty-one thousand 0 LSG
Primary insurances shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the deposit account at the central treasury of the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value.
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value.
Implementation period: 120 days starting from the day following the contractor-s notification of the order to commence or deliver the work site.
