Fish stock management market consultation The purpose of this purchasing process is to contract a specialized market party or combination of market parties for the preparation and implementation of fish stock management in the Loosdrecht lake area. The project creates is part of the KRW measures SGBP3 2023-2027 of the AGV water board and contributes to achieving the ecological goals for healthy and clean water. The task is not exclusively focused on catching fish, but on achieving ecological sustainability result. By reducing the stock of planktivorous and benthivorous fish, the aim is to make the transition from cloudy, algae-rich and plant-poor water to clear, plant-rich water with an appropriate food web. This cover is necessary to sustain ecological recovery in the long term and thus sustainably maintain the desired ecological status. The project result is primarily determined by the contribution of the measure to achieving clear and plant-rich water. The established fishing targets for planktivorous and benthivorous fish serve as an important steering and monitoring indicator. The objective is a maximum residual stock of planktivorous fish of 15 kg/ha and a maximum residual stock of benthivorous fish of 25 kg/ha per ecological analysis area.
