Financial system package for the Agricultural Entrepreneurs' Pension Institution The object of the acquisition is Mela's financial system for managing business expenses as a Software as a Service (SaaS) service. The goal is to acquire a modern, scalable and information secure ready-made software, the maintenance and development of which the selected Supplier is responsible for. The acquisition is timely because the characteristics of the current systems and the structure of the system as a whole no longer sufficiently support Mela's goal of digital and smooth processes. The central goal of the acquisition is to improve the efficiency of Mela's financial management processes, information availability and reporting, and interoperability between systems. To achieve this, we aim for as uniform and a modern system or system complex that enables transactions to be processed as automatically as possible and that minimizes the manual work steps included in the processes. The economic system to be acquired should enable and provide support in accordance with the current trend in financial management to shift the focus from routine tasks related to registration and processing to tasks related to analysis and planning. The system is wanted to be cost-effective and capable of development for several years so that the acquired systems have a long life cycle.
