PURPOSE OF THE EVALUATION
The purpose of this evaluation is to contribute to:
1. Enhancing Development Learning: Aimed at enriching GGGI's internal knowledge, especially within Green Industry and Sustainable Energy practices, this objective focuses on fostering an organizational culture of innovation and continuous improvement. It involves evaluating actions to promote sustainable practices in the garment industry in Cambodia and other sectors, supporting GGGI and EU's joint commitment to green growth and sustainable development.
2. Strengthening Accountability: This goal is to showcase the effectiveness of GGGI's Projects funded by the EU and other partners to beneficiaries, ensuring that key recommendations from previous evaluations are addressed effectively. It highlights the need for clear, effective communication with stakeholders, meticulous construction of Project frameworks, and rigorous Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies. Accountability also entails demonstrating prudent use of resources and tangible impacts to EU and other funding entities.
