Tender Details

The ILO/EVAL is looking for an independent evaluator to conduct the final group evaluation of three interventions funded by the RBSA as part of DW4PEACE in Togo, the Sahel (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) and Libya. The evaluation will examine relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact orientation and sustainability, as well as the cross-cutting dimensions of gender, inclusion, tripartism, conflict sensitivity and HDP Nexus. It will mainly be based on remote collection and a mixed approach, with documentary review, interviews, analysis of monitoring data, case studies and virtual validation workshops. The assessment will be conducted online, requiring no travel to the countries covered. Thank you
