Tender Details

1. Works related to, among others, removal of trees and transport of all wood to the place indicated by the ordering party, reduction of tree crowns, removal of dry, broken and hanging branches, removal of suckers around the tree root collar and on the tree trunk, milling of tree stumps, tree care.2. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations, principles of technical knowledge and work technology.3. The Contractor will be fully liable to the Ordering Party and third parties for any damage to the property or health of third parties arising during or in connection with the execution of the subject of the order.4. The Contractor will be obliged to repair or bear the costs of repairing damage caused during or in connection with the performance of the service.5. The contractor will be obliged to use only equipment that will ensure proper performance of the works, i.e. quality and timely performance of the service.6. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 The Public Procurement Law requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.7. ...
