1) The subject of the order is the provision of the service of feeding children in educational institutions in the area of ​​the Brodnica City Commune in the school year 2026/2027. 2) Detailed subject of the order included in this SWZ:2.1. The feeding service mainly includes: a) soups (at least twice a week prepared with vegetable broths), b) second course, provided that: - meals should be composed using products from the following food groups: cereal products or potatoes, vegetables or fruit, milk or dairy products or vegetable drinks alternatives to dairy products, meat or fish, or eggs, or nuts, or legumes, other seeds, in particular: poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseed seeds, pumpkin seeds or fats; - from Monday to Friday no more than two portions of fried food must be served, and refined rapeseed oil or olive oil should be used for frying; - when preparing meals, local or organic products should be selected and their seasonality should be taken into account; - At least once a week, a portion of fish must be served as part of dinner, and in the case of people who do not eat products from...
