PROJECT BACKGROUND The municipality of Tervola is requesting bids for the preparation of a feasibility and development report for the Tervola Puupuisto development project. The acquisition is carried out as part of the Tervola Puupuisto, which is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). development project. The municipality of Tervola implements the Tervola Puupuisto development project, the aim of which is to develop the Puupuisto III area and the Viia industrial area as locations for business, investment and industrial activities. The project will find out the technical, environmental and business conditions of the regions, and new investment and business opportunities are identified, especially in the circular economy, side streams of the wood industry, renewable energy, low carbon and the green transition perspective.
