The FDA is seeking information for potential sources Federal Government Library Resources capabilities.

SOURCES SOUGHT: The current anticipated procurement strategy is GSA-s Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) for this requirement (under SIN 54151ECOM & 511120). However, as part of the Government-s market research efforts, other procurement strategies may be considered. For that purpose, the Government is issuing this Sources Sought Notice. To assist the FDA in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought Notice, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or a teaming arrangement to meet the requirements contained in the Draft SOW.
