Expression of Interest are invited for Fayda Time and Motion Study (TMS) in Ethiopia
This procurement is for a firm to conduct a Time and Motion Study (TMS) of various potential use cases of Fayda, the Government of Ethiopia's new digital ID system. All residents, including close to 1 million refugees, will be eligible to get a Fayda ID. The aim is to accelerate the transition to an inclusive and resilient digital economy, society, and government. The objective of the TMS is to gather data that can be used to model potential time and cost savings to service providers and individuals resulting from future integration with Fayda. This procurement seeks an Ethiopia-based firm with knowledge of local context and languages to perform data collection and analysis. Training and guidance will be provided by a separate global firm with TMS expertise which has already been hired.
