Description : The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for its operations in Guyana is interested in identifying potential local and regional service providers for the Development of Strategic and Business plans, and an Annual Business Planfor the Guyana Lands & Surveys Commission (GLSC), (4 experts within estimated 7-months duration). In this context, FAO is publishing this Expression of Interest.FAO invites potential vendors to express their interest in providing the serviced requested above. The Expression of Interest should specify FAO reference number "CEI SLDM 001" and must be received no later than Thursday 15th November 2018.The Expression of Interest must include the following:· A profile of the company, association or institution.· Confirmation of relevant consultancy experience (development of business plans, strategic reform documents for publicinstitutions, activities related to land tenure administration and institutional strengthening, as well as robust consultationwith the institution and their customers and other stakeholders, ) for the required services.· References of at least three customers from the past three years.· Contact details of the person to whom the bidding documents must be sent.The subsequent bidding document and awarded purchase order(s) will be issued in accordance with the Rules and Regulationsof FAO and in compliance with FAO General Terms and Conditions.
