Item1: ( 924 - 64 ) The Immunization Program is requesting procurement of virtual professional facilitation services to conduct virtual provider focus groups designed to address low provider reporting, low vaccine ordering, and challenges related to provider-patient vaccine conversations. These focus groups will provide a structured and confidential environment where healthcare providers can openly share concerns, barriers, recommendations, and experiences related to immunization program activities. The project will include quarterly virtual focus groups (a total of 4) involving providers from St. Thomas and St. Croix, with each session focused on one of the identified priority topics. Services will be provided by an independent, non-clinical professional with expertise in qualitative research, group facilitation, or program evaluation, such as a university professor or researcher experienced in conducting focus groups and stakeholder engagement activities. Information gathered through these sessions will support the Immunization Program's efforts to identify and address provider concerns, strengthen provider engagement, and inform ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
