Tender Details
The requirement is for safe, reliable and functional Constant Wear, Dry-type, Immersion Suit Systems (CWISS) for use by all personnel and passengers aboard Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) helicopters and all CCG personnel aboard non-CCG helicopters chartered for CCG operations. The CWISS will enhance safety in the unlikely event of a helicopter ditching scenario. The estimated usage throughout the Standing Offer period will be 100 units per year, including option years. The CWISS will be delivered to the following destinations: Various CCG sites in St. John-s NL, Shearwater NS, Quebec City, QC, Victoria and Prince Rupert BC and surrounding locations. The period of the standing offer is for three (3) years with a possibility of two (2) one (1) year extensions. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
