The following action is to be competed by the u.s. Army medical research acquisition activity (usamraa) in support of u.s. Army medical materiel development agency (usammda), located at fort detrick, md, for seven (7) brand name or equal extracorporeal life support (ecls) devices with 14 sets of associated device consumables. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by usamraa, fort detrick, md, as a request for quote (rfq) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (fac) 2019-01; effective 22 january 2019.
