Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks to engage a National Consultant to develop a comprehensive Overseas Employment Orientation Guideline for Ethiopia. The work includes conducting a desk review, consulting stakeholders, drafting an evidence-based and user-friendly guideline, preparing training tools for TVET trainers, facilitating a validation workshop and finalizing the guideline together with a cascading implementation strategy. The assignment will support MoLS and the BRMM programme in strengthening safe, fair and well-informed overseas employment processes for Ethiopian migrant workers.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
