This Prequalification is launched to complete an assessment of the eligibility, qualification, technical and other capabilities of organizations. Upon completion of the prequalification evaluation, UNCDF will include the prequalified organizations in a roster of prequalified Offerors for next three years 2026-2028. For future procurement opportunities related to training and capacity-building services within the Thematic Areas covered by this prequalification, only prequalified providers from the roster will be invited to submit proposals in response to upcoming Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or, where applicable and proportional to the scope, such as for off-the-shelf, self-paced online learning, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), UNCDF the right to undertake open competition for training needs that fall outside the prequalified Thematic Areas or require specialized expertise not represented in the roster.
