The municipality of Meierijstad wants to explore the spatial and environmental (im)possibilities for wind energy within the Rooise-Schijndelse Heide search area. This exploration forms the basis for decision-making by the municipal council and for a possible update of the planMER. To reach decision-making, the assignment includes the following products: 1. Rooise-Schijndelse Heide area profile: A detailed profile that provides insight into the characteristics, opportunities and challenges of the area. Including spatial analyses. 2. Scope and Level of Detail Note (NRD): A document that records the scope and depth of the environmental impact study, with established frameworks. 3. Participation plan and process guidance: A plan for resident participation and guidance the entire participation process, tailored to this project. 4. Possibility to draw up/revise the EIA plan
