Request for proposals are invited for Experts or Companies in the Provision of Training and Coaching Services.

Starting with January 1, 2018, the East European Foundation, in partnership with the European Business Association, HelpAge International, Development Partnership Center and Center for Innovation and Social Development, implements the project "Civil Society Contributes to Social and Economic Development of the country ". The 32-month project aims to contribute to the social and economic development of the Republic of Moldova through the active involvement of civil society and other stakeholders, taking into account the provisions of the Association Agreement with the European Union, which includes the Free Trade Area Deep and Comprehensive.

Objective:

FEE will hire experts and / or companies to provide training and coaching services to instruct and guide selected civil society organizations to successfully implement local projects.

Within this Objective, the training will aim to develop new skills and knowledge in the most efficient way and in the shortest time possible to help those who benefit from this program start and organize the activities successfully.

Coaching will involve providing tips, recommendations, and guidance in learning the skills gained from training, including the first steps in the new activity by the client alongside a coach (mentor).

Contract Duration The
Contractor will provide the services in approx. 6-15 months depending on the needs of each beneficiary organization.

Requirements for Applicants
- Formal or non-formal education (demonstrated by certificates) in the relevant fields required for the provision of services;
- At least 3 years of experience in providing expert services and business consultancy;
- Experts who will provide services to organizations in the Transnistrian region will demonstrate working experience in the region;
- Working experience with civil society organizations will be an asset;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Knowledge of Romanian and Russian is compulsory;

Selection criteria
- Experience of the expert / company in the relevant fields;
- Vision on the accomplishment of the proposed tasks;
- The cost of the services included in the application form according to the model.

Application procedure
The interested persons / companies will apply by submitting the participation dossier to the Contest, which will contain the following:
(1) the CV to the expert or, in the case of companies, the CVs of all persons involved in the execution of the tasks, including the CV of the organization;
(2) The application form completed in full and legible;
(3) The financial offer in EUR, supplemented by the Table proposed by FEE, subject to the required conditions;
(4) Clients' portfolio and service field, specifying topics, eg. business management, marketing, coaching for social enterprises, young entrepreneurs, SMEs, etc .;
(5) A brief vision / aspects that the Applicant will consider and apply to the proposed tasks on the Training and Coaching Program.
