As part of the implementation of the Agreement, the Contractor: 1) develop the Technical Design; 2) deliver and install the Equipment at the Ordering Party's; 3) will provide license subscriptions / perpetual licenses for the Software along with manufacturer's technical support in the 5/8 standard for a period of 36 months from the date of their delivery; 4) will provide license subscriptions/perpetual licenses for the Container Orchestration Software to all cluster servers indicated in Chapter 2 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, along with support from the manufacturer/producers Container orchestration software, for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery; 5) will implement the expansion of the AI ​​Platform in the Ordering Party's IT environment in accordance with the Technical Design prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, in in particular, it will integrate the security modules of the AI ​​Platform after expansion with the Ordering Party's security systems; 6) will develop and deliver: a) as-built documentation of the AI Platform, b)administrative documentation describing, among others, administrative procedures i maintaining the AI Platform after expansion, c) user documentation describing how to work with the AI Platform after expansion, d) technical card of the AI Platform after expansion; 7) prepare test scenarios for internal and acceptance tests of the AI ​​Platform after expansion and will assist in carrying out acceptance tests by the Ordering Party, and will also prepare reports on the tests referred to in this point; 8) there will be an assistant...
