Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new version of software updating the Ordering Party's RIS system to a version with full support in every patient service process, triage, worklist and AI support, along with its installation and commissioning, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order". 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Chapter II of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to perform the subject of the contract acted in accordance with the "do no serious harm" (DNSH) principle, as set out in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, including in particular: • ensured that the devices meet energy efficiency requirements, •zapewnił posiadanie wymaganych certyfikatów environmental, • ensured minimization of emissions and environmental impact, • collected and managed waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with the waste management hierarchy (prevention, reuse, recycling, recovery, disposal), •transport and installation of devices were carried out in a way that minimized the impact on the environment. 4. The order consists of 1 task. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. To ensure comprehensive updating RIS/PACS system operating at the Ordering Party's, the order should be completed by one Contractor. No division into tasks possible. 5.
