Subject of the order is the delivery with the implementation of Application Software, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Investment D 1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care as part of the project "Digital Transformation of SPZOZ in Świdnica through the development of digital services to improve the efficiency, availability and quality of medical services provided and to increase the level of cybersecurity", in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order. 2.
