Expansion and integration of sales and control systems and the passenger portal, along with the purchase of the necessary infrastructure 1. The subject of the order is the expansion and integration of ticket sales and control systems operating at the Municipal Transport Authority in Rzeszów, including the development of central systems, mobile application, Passenger Portal, e-Shop system, ticket machine sales system, validator software and controller devices, along with the delivery and commissioning of infrastructure ICT necessary for the proper functioning of the extensive system. The order includes the performance of all design, implementation, integration, configuration and commissioning work necessary to transfer the complete, integrated and ready-to-use solution. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b paragraph 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.
