Tenders Are Invited The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) is in the process of establishing non-exclusive long-term agreement(s) for the provision of event management and related services, mostly in the Arab Countries and occasionally globally: Below is the list of services expected to be performed: 1. Conference services including venue reservations (hotels and non-hotels), catering, and audio-visual equipment2. Hotel accommodation for participants, staff, and ancillary staff (Bsing different sizes of vehicles depending on the number of participants such as Sedan, Mini Van, Medium, and Large buses;4. Photography and video recording services5. Rental of electronic equipment (Laptops, printers, photocopier, laser point, etc.)6. Printing of workshop materials such as folders, banners, flags, badges, photocopying, etc.7. Stationery such as flipcharts, notebooks, lanyards, etc.8. Internet services for the events9. Translation, Interpretation services as well as Interpretation booths Accordingly, this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) aims to identify qualified vendors with verified technical and financial capacity to provide the above-stated goods and services in a satisfactory manner. Please note that this is not an invitation for the submission of a bid and/or proposal. The successful vendor(s) will enter into an initial three-year contract with the optionof extension for an additional two one-year periods. Detailed requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria will be provided in a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage.
