The objective of the service is to follow the various actions (defined KPI results indicators) on the one hand and to assess the overall impact of the program in several countries of the European Union. For this, studies at T0, T1 and T2 will be necessary and must be carried out with the defined targets. The evaluation agency must be able to provide reporting & normalized EU reports. This campaign has been the subject of a request for European co -financing and will therefore be part of a European framework.
