Tender Details

The subject of this procurement procedure is the organization and implementation of a survey conducted by the European Social Survey (ESS, http://www.europeansocialsurvey.org/) in Estonia using the CAPI method, based on the methodology and data presentation of the ESS international guidance material and according to the HD appendix 1to the technical description.

The procurement contract enters into force upon signing and is valid for 12 (twelve) months, including the preparation of data collection, the conduct of the survey and the transfer of data files to the customer must be completed no later than 7 (seven) months after the conclusion of the contract.
