Procurement of one (1) Backhoe Loader and one (1) Hydraulic Crawler Excavator:For more details of the specification for both lots, please read attached ToR- Annex A.:UNHCR Ethiopia intends to procure two heavy machines to support infrastructure development, maintenance, road rehabilitation, drainage excavation, earthworks, and construction activities in refugee settlements and other operational sites across Ethiopia. The procurement aims to acquire reliable, durable, and high-performance equipment capable of operating in challenging field and climatic conditions while ensuring long-term operational efficiency and minimal maintenance requirements.The procurement is divided into two lots:Lot 1: One (1) Center-Pivot Backhoe Loader (approximately 13-14 tons, 140-160 HP, 4WD, digging depth 5.1-5.6 m). Model 450 or Equivalent.Lot 2: One (1) Hydraulic Crawler Excavator (20-25-ton class, minimum 140 HP, minimum digging depth 6 m).Bidders may submit offers for either lot or both. Each machine must be supplied with all standard accessories, manuals, spare parts catalogues, tools, safety equipment, warranty documentation, and manufacturer certificates.Both machines must be brand new, manufactured in 2025 or later, have zero operating hours except for factory testing, meet recognized international safety standards, comply with at least EU Stage IIIA/Tier III emissions standards, and be suitable for operation in Ethiopia's dusty environments and temperatures ranging from 5°C to 45°C.The s...
