Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligible contractors shall have: 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer/Contractors/ Construction firms in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 2.The minimum similar experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the field of Civil/Construction work with modernization/renovation work or similar work under single contract value of Tk. 2, 00, 00, 000/= (BDT Two Crore) only successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6, 00, 00, 000/= ( BDT Six Crore) Only over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Turnover certificate must be as per Experience certificate Attached in Particular Specification Section( Section-8) or as per payment certificate. Duplication will not be allowed. Turn over must be construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2, 00, 00, 000/= ( BDT Two Crore ) Only. 5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 3, 00, 00, 000/= (BDT Three Crore ) Only.
