GEV Varme A/S is planning to expand the heat supply area to also include Vorbasse and therefore needs to establish a new heating central.
The present turnkey contract includes design, planning and establishment of a complete heating central consisting of a minimum 235 m2 building, air/water heat pumplay with energy collectors, gas boiler and all associated installations, controls, etc.
The heat pump system must use CO2 as coolant and be sized for a heating effect of at least 2.3 MW at an outside temperature of 0C.
The gas boiler must have an economizer, low emission burner and must have a heating effectof a minimum of 4.7 MW.
The company thus includes all deliveries and services in connection with the establishment of the heating center, the technical facilities and all related installations such as electricity, water, heat, gas, fiber etc.
In addition to a heat pump, the company includes - and gas boiler system included:
• 10 kV kobling equipment and transformers.
• Misc. auxiliary equipment for joint operation of heat pump, gas boiler and heat storage tank, including compressed air and nitrogen systems, water treatment systems, etc.
• Complete pipe installation, pumps, valves, etc.
