The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for the KDaD neurophysiological workplace, i.e. j. 1 pc - EEG device with evoked potentials (part no. 1) and 1 pc - anesthesiology device (part no. 2) including transport to destination, installation, commissioning, testing of functionality and operabilitydelivered devices, operating instructions in the Slovak/Czech language, complete user documentation in the Slovak/Czech language, necessary service technical documentation, training of employees to the required extent and provision of warranty service, including mandatory preventive inspectionsand controls, which are stipulated by legal regulations and the manufacturer for the offered devices for the needs of the UNM Children and Adolescent Clinic.
The subject of the order is divided into 2 separate complete parts. The bidder can submit one offer for one complete part or one offer for the entire subject of the contract (part no. 1and no. 2). The public contracting authority reserves the right to select a bidder for each integrated part separately.
The applicant within the integrated part for which he submits a bid must meet the required specification defined within the individual integrated part.
