The subject of the order is the supply of equipment and supplies for outpatient specialist care, including: delivery i implementation of software to supervise medical equipment in clinics. 2. The subject of the order is implemented under the recruitment No. FENX.06.01-IP.03.-001/26 - European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program for 2021 - 2027. 3. Subject the order was described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as the Description of Required Technical Parameters or "OWPT", which constitutes an integral part thereof. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submission partial offers. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the Subject of the Order complies with the DNSH principle and meets the conditions specified in the ToR. 8.
