Tender Details

Fulfillment consists in the implementation of equal pay audits and consulting with employers. It is part of the Equal Remuneration system project, the main subject and purpose of which is to set effective and interconnected systematic measures and procedures to support the transparency of remuneration systems and increasethe availability of equal pay for work of equal value and equal work for women and men. Intensive support will be given especially to employers in analyzing remuneration systems with the Logib tool and in proposals and advice and support in the implementation of appropriate measures leading to the promotion of equal remuneration.The aim of these activities is to reduce the pay gap defined by an internationally standardized summary indicator called the Gender Pay Gap (abbreviated to GPG) and to methodically guide employers to set up pay systems that will eliminate unconscious and unintentional pay inequalities. At the same time, the system of relevant institutions and education about the issue in question will be supported.
