Environmental development of Bem tér Environmental improvement of Bem tér as part of the project ID number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-DE1-2025-00001. The size of the development area included in the green space reconstruction in the northern and southern development areas is a total of 12, 520 m2, of which 8, 900 m2 is the size of the renewable or newly created green area.
