Tender Details

The City of Penticton invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for the provision of professional engineering design services for three separate plant upgrade projects at the City-s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWWTP). These scopes of work are: (A) The retrofit of Digester #2 into Fermenter #4; (B) The installation of a secondary Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system; and (C) the replacement of two (2) centrifuges in the AWWTP-s dewatering process. The Services that the City requires the Consultant to provide include a condition assessment, preliminary design and detailed design. The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the City of Penticton-s Professional Services Agreement, as detailed in Part C of this RFP. The City intends to award one contract, to one qualified Proponent, for all the Scope contemplated by this RFP.
