Description:

UNICEF Papua New Guinea (PNG) Country Office is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Institutions or Consultants to be pre-qualified to bid for potential engagement to conduct a WASH Knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) Baseline study in four districts of PNG within a four (4) month period.
Qualified Institutions and Consultants who have the capabilities and capacity to meet the qualifications outlined above and are interested in participating are invited to submit an EOI for the WASH Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) Baseline study as per their expertise. The EOI with subject “EOI -UNICEF PNG - WaSH KAP and Baseline Study” should be submitted to [email protected], not later than close of business on 12th March 2018 (PNG time) and must include at a minimum, the following sections;
1. An introduction to the research organization and the organization`s research experience, including past experience in WASH sector baseline/ KAP studies or evaluations in a developing country context.
2. Written recommendations and specific details to strengthen the research parameters as described above.
3. Curriculum vitae of key personnel to be assigned to this project.
4. A sample report or internet link of a prior social research project involving/or about children, women and families conducted by the agency.
5. A statement or policy from your organization or institution on how sexual abuse or exploitation is prevented, reported and promptly dealt with, also what measures you would take as a UNICEF contractor on this Project. UNICEF has a zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or abuse.
