1. The Rural Agro-Enterprise Partnership for Development and Growth (RAPID Growth) Project is a key initiative spearheaded by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The project seeks to enable inclusive and sustainable economic development for rural farming communities across the Philippines, addressing the policy commitments of the Philippine Government aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in eliminating poverty and reducing inequality. RAPID Growth focuses on strengthening selected value chains—coffee, cacao, coconut, and processed fruits and nuts—across Regions VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, Caraga Region, and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
