Tender Details

Energy investments of the Public Education institutions of the University of Pecs according to the following parts of the offer:

1. tender part: Energetic modernization of Babits Mihaly Gyakorlo High School

2. tender part: energy modernization of Ferenc Deak Vocational School

3. tender part: PTE SZEZZI energetikiai modernization

The 1st bid part of the subject public procurement procedure is aimed at the energetic modernization of the Babits Mihaly Gyakorlo High School building of the University of Pecs, according to the task description and requirements detailed below.

The purpose of the planned renovation is to improve the energetic quality of the buildingrenovation, which, according to the execution plans, includes architectural and mechanical works, lightning protection, and the installation of motorized shutters.

The main quantitative data/parameters and expectations related to the work to be carried out:

- Replacement of 175 doors and windows

- Subsequent facade insulation 1904m2

- Replacement of specified doors and windows: plastic and/or thermally bridge-free metal structure, with 3-layer glazing with a maximum heat transmission factor of 1.15 W/m2K,

- New blinds after dismantling the existing shades on the specified windows and above the skylights on the 3rd floor in the southwestern part of the building they cost bfor this construction,

- Thermal insulation of the facades - in general, we plan to install 15 cm XPS 300 WB in the plinth zone up to the lower level of the ground floor windows, and 15 cm EPS H-80 thermal insulation on the facade wall above.
