The purpose of this contract is to carry out energy diagnostic services for public lighting, the detection and georeferencing of public lighting networks, additional investigations on the buried networks of the department of Gironde. Energy diagnosis on public lighting The energy diagnosis of public lighting must constitute a decision-making tool for the community. It will result in the creation of a costed renovation master plan both in investment than in operation. To achieve this objective, the diagnosis will include 4 large detailed chapters, namely: - Technical inventory of the existing. - Financial inventory of the existing assets (asset value + operating cost). - Renovation master plan in overall cost (Investment + operation + energy savings). - Comparison of technical and/or financial advantages with regard to the current situation. Detection and georeferencing of public lighting networks The This framework agreement with purchase orders will allow the detection and georeferencing by topographical survey of the aerial and underground networks present in the areas covered by the "public lighting" competence of the SDEEG.
