Respondents shall provide thelevel of services required in the RFQ and meet other requirements that are inthe best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State).Respondents shall be required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, andsatisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins on the date specified in theContract and will continue and can be terminated as provided for in theContract.Thestrategy ERS seeks at this time can be found in the ERS Investment StrategyDescription, attached to the RFQ as Appendix D. To signify interest in being considered for this search, potential Respondentsmust have submitted data on firm/strategy to eVestment by August 11, 2026. Noother action is requiredunless ERS contacts the potential Respondent asdetailed in Section C.3 of the RFQ.
