INVITATION TO SUBMIT PRICE QUOTATION
The Career Executive Service Board (CESB), through its Professional Development Division (PDD) and Performance Management Division (PMAD) invite interested suppliers to submit their price quotations for the supply and delivery of the items described below:
ELP Notebook (300 copies)
APPROVED BUDGET: Php45, 000.00
CES Birthday Cards (3, 500 pcs)
Approved Budget: Php35, 000.00
Gawad CES Posters (300 pcs)
Approved Budget: Php10.500.00
Gawad CES Brochures (2, 000 copies)
Approved Budget: Php18, 000.00
Technical Specifications/Sample: Refer to "Associated Components" of this bid notice
Other requirements:
1. Delivery of the above items is required within thirty (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) but not later than 22 February 2016
2. Price validity for a period of thirty (30) calendar days counting from the last day of submission for price quotations
3. Acceptance of PO by the bidder or its authorized representative shall be required within forty eight (48) hours upon award.
Payment Terms: 10 to 15 working days upon delivery and completion of eligibility requirements
