This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the TTC to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Electronic Record Storage Solution and Record Digitization Services.The Electronic Record Storage Solution and Record Digitization Services will enable TTC to eliminate stored paper where possible and position for streamlined key processes, thereby reducing processing time, duplication of work, and maximizing consistency and accuracy of information.The Solution will provide: Document Digitization: Conversion of paper (e.g., forms, maps, blueprints) and microfilm/microfiche documents to digital format (image and metadata), indexing, and repository load or download services for: ongoing documents received on a daily basis, and; existing legacy documents Document Repository: Creation of a hosted, online accessible, document image and data repository. TTC will not own, operate, or host any new software and/or hardware components.
