THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT IS THE CONCLUSION OF A SERVICE PROVISION AGREEMENT, WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SERVICES FOR AN INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INCLUDING INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION SERVICES, MAINTENANCE, TRAINING AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT, FOR A PERIOD OF SIXFOR FIVE (65) MONTHS.

THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES SHOULD BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AS ANALYZED IN APPENDIX A' - "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS", OF THE RELEVANT PROCLAMATION.
